Civil Engineer – Pre-Construction Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings.

• Assist in preparing tender estimates and project budgets.

• Evaluate quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.

• Maintain estimating systems and project documentation.

• Analyze specifications, selections, and variations.

• Identify any missing scope items and potential risks.

• Facilitate pre-construction coordination across various projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5+ years of relevant experience is essential.

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying.

• Strong comprehension of residential construction principles.

• Proficient in reading architectural and structural drawings.

• Advanced Excel skills are required.

• Exceptional attention to detail and precision.

• Clear and professional communication in English.

• Nice-to-Have: Experience with Australian residential construction, preferably in WA.
