Infrastructure Service Delivery Specialist

⛳️ Requirements

• Implementation and enforcement of IT policies and procedures.

• Support overall governance functions across the Cloud environments managed by Farmers.

• Collaborate with other teams within Cloud Transformation to ensure compliance.

• Organize Disaster Recovery Tests while also developing and maintaining DR documentation.

• Work alongside internal testers, auditors, and external parties to support Audit and Compliance.

• Assist with remediation efforts for infrastructure requirements that are non-compliant.

• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

• 3+ years of experience in IT, preferably with a focus on Infrastructure, operations, audit, or compliance.

• General understanding of Cybersecurity Frameworks.

• Familiarity with Disaster Recovery concepts.

• Excellent project management and organizational capabilities.

• Experience with Data Visualization and Power Apps is a plus.
