This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Director of Delivery Management for our CA&I portfolio is primarily tasked with practice management and strategic business development across various service lines, holding direct leadership accountability for enterprise infrastructure delivery, including network and data center services.
• This position is responsible for financial and operational performance, client relationships, and people leadership while enhancing revenue, margin, service quality, and client satisfaction within a complex, enterprise managed services setting.
• Holds complete responsibility and oversight for multiple service lines within the Cloud Applications & Infrastructure portfolio.
• Provides comprehensive delivery leadership for infrastructure service lines, encompassing network and data center operations.
• Oversees all financials and operational metrics pertinent to the practice.
• Ensures that engagements consistently meet or surpass revenue, margin, service level objectives, and quality standards.
• Engages with senior executives from clients to foster additional business opportunities.
• Proven experience in managing enterprise infrastructure service lines, including network and data center environments within a managed services framework.
• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance purposes.
• Over 10 years of professional services experience in global IT managed services.
• A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
• Industry certifications are preferred.
• Experience with Global System Integrators (GSIs) is advantageous.
• Active participation in professional associations is desirable.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational abilities are required.
• Capability to navigate ambiguity effectively.
• Strong prioritization and delegation skills are necessary.
• Experience in managing third-party suppliers is important.
