
Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Associate Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will act as the main point of contact for significant client accounts or manage a collection of smaller projects, ensuring outstanding service and client satisfaction.
• You will promote client retention, facilitate account growth, and drive business development to aid in the overall expansion of the firm.
• You will spearhead client presentations, negotiations, and the creation and management of fee proposals.
• You will recognize and leverage new opportunities to enhance the Cost Management service offering.
• You will supervise financial performance, including revenue monitoring, margin assessments, accounts receivable, and forecasting, to secure profitability.
• You will implement cost control strategies and provide expert advice in areas such as capital planning, procurement, commercial management, and risk management.
• You will offer value engineering and cost-saving suggestions that uphold quality and performance standards.
• You will oversee and nurture a high-performing team through effective recruitment, mentoring, and training programs.
• You will conduct internal QA/QC reviews, post-project assessments, and ongoing improvement initiatives to boost quality and process efficiency.
• You will advocate for operational excellence by tracking KPIs and refining processes to enhance performance.
• You will represent the firm at industry events and serve as a senior advisor, reinforcing the company’s brand reputation and leadership.
• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in Cost Management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role; Data Center experience is preferred.
• Preferred certifications include MRICS, CCP, PMP, or equivalent qualifications.
• Compensation at Accenture varies based on a variety of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
• In compliance with local law, Accenture provides a reasonable compensation range for positions that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia, or Washington.
