Infrastructure as Code Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, provision, configure, and manage cloud or infrastructure components utilizing approved architectural patterns.

• Automate repetitive provisioning, deployment, configuration, and operational processes.

• Implement controls for security, identity, networking, backup, monitoring, and availability.

• Investigate incidents, capacity challenges, vulnerabilities, and performance issues.

• Maintain runbooks, diagrams, standards, and change logs.

• Collaborate across engineering and operations teams.

• Contribute to the development of reliable and maintainable infrastructure and platform solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience as outlined in the job details.

• Generally, 4 or more years in a related professional capacity.

• Practical experience with Terraform, reusable modules, remote state management, cloud infrastructure, Git, CI/CD, and policy controls.

• Professional experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, or systems operations relevant to the position.

• Hands-on expertise with specified cloud platforms, operating systems, container technologies, or automation tools.

• Understanding of networking, identity management, security, monitoring, and availability fundamentals.

• Experience with scripting, automation, source control, or infrastructure as code methodologies.

• Capability to systematically troubleshoot infrastructure and production issues.

• Strong skills in documentation and cross-team collaboration.

• U.S. citizenship, Green Card, EAD, or H-1B transfer eligibility; new H-1B visa sponsorship is not available.
