Information Technology Project Manager – IT Service Portfolio

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the service portfolio to ensure it aligns strategically and operates efficiently.

• Receive and evaluate requests for modifications to the portfolio.

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of the service portfolio every quarter.

• Maintain the service catalog with up-to-date information.

• Create communication plans to relay changes within the portfolio.

• Execute impact analyses for proposed modifications.

• Organize workshops involving stakeholders.

• Compile reports on service performance.

• Advocate for training related to the service portfolio.

• Enforce governance practices and manage documentation effectively.

• Ensure transparency, quality, and consistency in all changes made.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in quality management, IT process management, or IT governance.

• Possession of ITIL Foundation certification.

• Training in ISO 20000.
