This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio of clients and ensure their satisfaction.
• Provide support for all Cofense products utilized by designated clients.
• Act as the trusted advisor and subject matter expert for customers.
• Manage onboarding, product implementation, and the complete customer lifecycle.
• Conduct risk management to reduce churn rates.
• Showcase the value of products and services while presenting ROI data to stakeholders.
• Identify and communicate concerns and risks to internal account partners and leadership.
• Create remediation plans to reduce risks and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed account documentation and handle administrative tasks within CSM tools.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for successful project execution.
• Ensure that tasks are completed on schedule, within scope, and budget.
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives while ensuring technical feasibility.
• Manage service profitability and boost customer commitment to products.
• Spot revenue growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Take ownership of customers' simulated phishing defense initiatives and fulfill contractual obligations.
• Suggest tailored phishing programs that align with best practices, current threats, and client objectives.
• Produce analytic deliverables ready for clients.
• Share analytics and provide operational and strategic recommendations based on security objectives and success metrics.
• Conduct simulated phishing programs for Managed Training clients using Cofense solutions.
• Provide monthly remediation reports and personalized meetings for Managed Remediation clients.
• Travel to client locations as necessary.
• Mentor newer team members and collaborate on cross-training and process enhancements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Intermediate understanding of the phishing threat landscape and organizational risk factors.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on processes.
• Skills in project and program management.
• Capability to work independently in preparing and delivering client outputs.
• Basic knowledge of messaging, SMTP, and email-related products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, AI tools, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in customer support roles such as consulting, managed services, or technical account management.
• 2–4 years of experience applying analytical methodologies and principles in cyber threat management or client portfolio management.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer support roles including consulting, managed services, or technical account management.
• Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or PMP are advantageous.
• Preferred background in Information Security and Program Management.
• Experience with ChurnZero is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Travel to client locations may be necessary.
• Communication proficiency rated as novice.
• Detail-oriented with a motivation to achieve goals is preferred.
