This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Operate as an independent contractor for LINC.
• Cater to a varied international student demographic for Undergraduate-level programs.
• Facilitate a 2-hour session on either Monday or Tuesday.
• Address student inquiries via email within 6 hours post-lectures.
• Offer subject matter expertise to a cohort of 30-35 online undergraduate students.
• Assist in developing skills such as academic writing, research, and time management.
• Provide guidance on relevant reference materials.
• Conduct assessment grading along with detailed feedback.
• Oversee discussion forums.
• A Master’s or Doctorate (preferred) in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Computer Science with a focus on security, achieving distinction or first-class from a leading university in India.
• A minimum of 5+ years of teaching experience in cybersecurity, network security, or information assurance.
• At least 2+ years of corporate experience in cybersecurity roles (including penetration testing, risk assessment, security operations, compliance).
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+).
• Strong business communication skills.
• Proficiency in the English language; exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• The candidate must demonstrate a solid understanding of information security principles.
• Assist students in recognizing security threats.
• Implement security controls effectively.
• Design security policies.
• Apply industry best practices to safeguard information systems.
• Ensure business continuity.
