Information Security Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance the security and compliance infrastructure of the Concentriq platform.

• Oversee and advance vulnerability management, including tools, reporting, and governance for remediation.

• Act as a consultative leader in security for the Engineering, Product, and Customer teams.

• Deploy AI-native tools to enhance detection and response capabilities.

• Collaborate with Engineering to integrate developer-friendly security tools.

• Manage the preparation, processes, and execution of incident response.

• Strengthen the Proscia Information Security Program with a focus on governance, risk, and compliance across the Concentriq suite of applications.

• Contribute to the development of security policies across both regulated and unregulated markets.

• Drive influence and execution on the company’s regulatory roadmap.

• Empower other teams to address security-related inquiries from customers, prospects, and partners.

• Anticipate and adapt to trends in the industry and regulatory landscape.

• Assist in the formulation of internal security standards and documentation for both human and AI-augmented workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in information security.

• Demonstrated expertise in regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, FedRAMP, TX-RAMP, StateRAMP, or similar.

• Practical experience with vulnerability management tools, incident response, and conducting security audits.

• Proven experience in integrating security within software development lifecycles, applying DevSecOps principles in real-world scenarios.

• Hands-on experience in selecting, implementing, and managing security tools (e.g., XDR, SIEM, endpoint protection, code scanning, etc.).

• Outstanding communication and influencing abilities across both technical and non-technical teams.

• Experience with cloud-native environments, with a preference for AWS.

• Knowledge of prompt engineering, tool usage patterns, and the evaluation of AI systems.
