Infor M3 Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between M3 and both internal and external systems, which includes APIs, EDI, message exchanges, and mappings.

• Create and customize M3 forms, H5 personalizations, extensions, and workflows.

• Diagnose application and integration problems, conduct root cause analysis, and address production support tickets.

• Convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with Solution Delivery Managers and stakeholders.

• Assist with upgrades, release management, testing, and deployment strategies.

• Keep technical documentation up to date and take part in architecture and code reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Infor M3 development, including customizations, forms, extensions, workflows, and data flows.

• Familiarity with Infor CloudSuite Food & Beverage (M3) or another cloud-based M3 environment.

• Strong expertise in building integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and mapping/transformation tools.

• Knowledge of Infor ION, M3 APIs, BOD messaging, MEC, and associated middleware.

• Experience with M3 H5 scripting, personalizations, and extensibility frameworks like XtendM3.

• Proficient in a backend programming language such as Java, C#, Node.js, or similar.

• Strong SQL skills, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server or similar platforms.

• Understanding of OAuth2, SAML, SSO, and secure API design principles.

• Preferred: Experience in food and beverage manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain sectors.

• Experience with WMS, TMS, retailer integrations, or 3PL platforms.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI/Integration Services.

• Experience in leading technical design sessions or mentoring developers.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field; Infor M3 certifications are a plus.
