Influencer/Partnership Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage with local influencers, streamers, creators, and community partners across Instagram.

• Establish and maintain a robust database of influencers within the designated market.

• Negotiate partnership agreements that include CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and fixed-fee models.

• Onboard influencers by supplying tracking links, promo codes, landing pages, and marketing materials.

• Manage daily influencer relationships and oversee campaign execution.

• Track campaign performance using KPIs such as FTDs, deposits, CPA, ROI, NGR, and player quality.

• Optimize existing partnerships and reactivate influencers that are underperforming.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Affiliate teams to enhance campaign performance.

• Keep an eye on competitor activities and identify emerging influencer trends in the local market.

• Prepare regular performance reports on campaigns and partnership possibilities.

• Ensure that all promotional activities adhere to local advertising regulations and compliance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Influencer Marketing, Partnership Management, Affiliate Management, or KOL Management.

• Strong understanding of the local market and influencer ecosystem.

• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management abilities.

• Commercially minded with a focus on acquisition and performance metrics.

• Proficiency in the local market language and a good command of English.

• Background in iGaming, Online Casino, Sportsbook, Crypto Casino, or Affiliate Marketing.

• Familiarity with CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid partnership models.

• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms, promo codes, and landing page optimization.

• Previous experience launching campaigns in regulated or emerging iGaming markets.
