This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify and compile your own lists of influencers, creators, and ambassadors within the wellness sector.
• Conduct outreach with a focus on quality rather than quantity, emphasizing suitability, conversion, and the value of long-term relationships.
• Oversee the entire ambassador pipeline, from sourcing and outreach through onboarding and continuous relationship management.
• Monitor outreach effectiveness and refine strategies to enhance conversion rates into active ambassadors.
• Cultivate genuine connections with creators and pinpoint robust, long-lasting brand partnerships.
• Propose campaign, collaboration, and activation concepts — going beyond merely executing predefined tasks.
• Play a key role in shaping and refining the influencer program as the primary owner of this domain.
• Observe and engage with the brand’s community on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
• Address comments, DMs, and community interactions promptly, thoughtfully, and in alignment with brand values.
• Engage in active social listening to discover opportunities, sentiment, and emerging trends.
• Craft genuine, non-generic replies that enhance brand trust and connection.
• Stay updated on social trends, particularly on TikTok and Instagram, and apply them effectively.
• Assist with customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media channels.
• Manage support tickets clearly and empathetically while adhering to SOPs and escalation protocols.
• Utilize CX tools and internal systems to ensure customers receive timely assistance.
• Facilitate the flow of insights from customer interactions back into community and influencer strategies.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, ambassador programs, social media engagement, or community management.
• Proven experience working with DTC e-commerce brands, preferably in the wellness sector, with beauty or health also being relevant.
• Practical experience in sourcing influencers and managing creator relationships from start to finish.
• Experience directly responding to comments on Instagram, TikTok, DMs, and community interactions.
• Background in customer support, including handling email, chat, or social-based support tickets.
• A strong grasp of how outreach performance correlates with conversion rates and overall program success.
• Familiarity with wellness, herbal medicine, hormone health, or Traditional Chinese Medicine (preferred but not required).
• Experience in beauty or health brands with applicable DTC expertise (preferred but not required).
• Understanding of customer and e-commerce workflows within a dynamic online brand environment (preferred but not required).
