• Overseeing standard influencer marketing campaign processes within the IRM & Research Department, which includes finalizing creator lists, negotiating contracts, scheduling content, and tracking delivery.
• Actively negotiating agreements and securing favorable terms with mid-tier creators and talent representatives to optimize budgets.
• Acting as the main internal point of contact for Account Managers about the daily execution status of assigned campaigns.
• Performing quality checks and providing immediate feedback on outreach lists and preliminary research conducted by Working Students.
• Independently resolving operational challenges and campaign delays (such as content revisions and communication issues) before elevating concerns to the Team Lead.
• Keeping comprehensive, real-time records of all campaign progress, assets, and budget utilization in the internal management system.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media management.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and TikTok.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a knack for building and maintaining relationships with influencers.
• Demonstrated success in executing influencer marketing campaigns and achieving quantifiable outcomes.
