This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily execution of influencer marketing initiatives, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on schedule and align with brand standards.
• Collaborate with internal client teams and their agency partners to orchestrate influencer activations, campaign briefs, and necessary approvals.
• Engage in the client's weekly team meetings and relevant planning sessions, facilitating smooth integration with internal teams while contributing external insights and expertise.
• Assess influencer content for brand consistency, accuracy, and quality prior to publication.
• Keep tracking documents, campaign calendars, and influencer databases updated to guarantee accurate program information.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of ongoing influencer programs, encompassing paid, earned, and hybrid partnerships.
• Recognize emerging influencer trends, talents, and opportunities that align with brand objectives and category priorities.
• Work collaboratively across creative, PR, and digital teams to ensure unified storytelling across all platforms.
• Compile influencer performance reports, campaign metrics, and key insights for stakeholder presentations.
• Oversee program budgets, monitoring deliverables and expenditures against agreed-upon scopes.
• Maintain consistent communication, documentation, and organization to facilitate smooth team operations.
• A minimum of 4–5 years of experience in managing influencer programs or creator partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute influencer campaigns from inception to completion.
• Knowledge of influencer metrics, KPIs, and performance analytics across social platforms.
• Experience collaborating with a variety of creator types, ranging from micro to celebrity influencers.
• Strong creative judgment and meticulous attention to detail when reviewing influencer content.
• Capability to work cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and client teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proactive, solution-focused, and exceptionally organized, with a passion for creative storytelling and influencer engagement.
