This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Take charge of the complete execution of campaigns following the sale — from initiation to the final report.
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication with sellers, retention managers, and influencers.
• Oversee up to 30 influencer campaigns at the same time.
• Assume full responsibility for: coordinating timelines, selecting influencers, reviewing and validating drafts, ensuring all deliverables are completed, and representing the influencer throughout the entire process.
• Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring alignment with the brand’s tone, voice, and strategy.
• Keep abreast of platform trends, shifts in creator dynamics, and viral content.
• Negotiate rates with influencers and comprehend estimated budgets.
• Track and optimize campaign financials.
• Supervise deliverables to guarantee high-quality content that adheres to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Actively identify and resolve issues, escalating when necessary while proposing solutions.
• Maintain organization and manage multiple timelines, creators, and deliverables simultaneously.
• Compile all necessary inputs (such as shipping addresses, product information, and payment details).
• Work with Data Ops for performance reporting after campaigns.
