Influencer Campaign Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete execution of campaigns following the sale — from the initial kickoff to the final reporting phase.

• Facilitate cross-functional communication among sellers, retention managers, and influencers.

• Manage up to 30 influencer campaigns at the same time.

• Take comprehensive responsibility for: coordinating timelines, slating influencers, reviewing and verifying drafts, ensuring all deliverables are completed, and representing the influencer's voice throughout the entire process.

• Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring alignment with the brand's tone, voice, and strategy.

• Stay informed about platform trends, shifts among creators, and emerging viral content.

• Negotiate influencer compensation and possess a solid understanding of estimated budgets.

• Monitor and optimize campaign budgets effectively.

• Oversee deliverables and ensure the production of high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

• Proactively identify and address issues, escalating them when necessary and proposing viable solutions.

• Maintain organization while managing multiple timelines, creators, and deliverables concurrently.

• Collect all necessary inputs (e.g., shipping addresses, product information, payment details).

• Collaborate with the Data Ops team for post-campaign performance analysis.
