Influencer Campaign Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the complete execution of campaigns from initiation to the final reporting phase.

• Facilitate cross-departmental communication with sellers, retention managers, and influencers.

• Oversee up to 30 influencer campaigns at the same time.

• Fully manage: Timeline coordination, Influencer selection, Review and verification of drafts, Guaranteeing the completion of deliverables, Serving as the influencer's advocate throughout the entire process.

• Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring alignment with the brand's tone, voice, and strategy.

• Remain informed about platform trends, shifts among creators, and viral content.

• Negotiate rates with influencers and have a clear understanding of estimated budgets.

• Monitor and optimize campaign budgets effectively.

• Oversee deliverables and ensure high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

• Proactively identify and resolve issues, escalating when necessary and suggesting solutions.

• Maintain organization and manage several timelines, creators, and deliverables simultaneously.

• Collect all necessary inputs (e.g., shipping addresses, product details, payment information).

• Work with Data Ops for performance reporting after campaign completion.
