This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Diagnosing and resolving intricate issues faced by clients
• Providing training to technical groups
• Suggesting enhancements for operational efficiency in clients’ utility systems
• Evaluating new and innovative technologies
• Supporting Corporate Account Managers and Sales Representatives in conducting technical sales calls and presentations at a corporate level
• Conducting research to identify and define market and product application opportunities
• Aiding in the creation and execution of marketing plans to seize identified sales opportunities
• Partnering with field sales and corporate account teams to assist with industry-specific or strategic technical sales opportunities
• Offering top-tier expertise, system optimization, and problem-solving in dynamic and challenging customer environments
• Leading problem-solving initiatives by applying various root cause analysis techniques to address application or best practice issues at customer locations
• Evaluating water treatment programs and recommending as well as quantifying operational efficiency improvement projects in a documented report
• Collaborating with R&D and Marketing on innovation projects, from concept to launch
• Leading pilot applications, technical trials, and market trials for innovation
• Providing value to our customers through a problem-solving approach
• Conducting training sessions for both associates and customers
• Proven technical expertise and experience in optimizing water/wastewater and cooling operations within the Semiconductor Industry
• Established experience in complex chemistry, automation, digital solutions, equipment, and engineered solutions both from Ecolab and the broader industry
• An inquisitive nature that challenges the status quo and embraces disruptive technologies
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of consulting, coaching, and mentoring both internal stakeholders and clients
• A value-driven mindset focused on delivering measurable savings and impacts for our customers
• Solution-oriented with a problem-solving approach to complex challenges
• Willingness and ability to travel across Europe to customer locations
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong technical understanding of water treatment, cooling applications, and solutions
• Over 5 years of successful experience in technical implementation, production management, process engineering, technical sales, or field sales support
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
