Industry Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Consult with clients to identify business challenges and propose customized M-Files solutions that adhere to industry best practices.

• Lead the implementation of solutions by outlining customer requirements and ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and processes.

• Provide industry-specific insights to assist clients in optimizing their document and knowledge management workflows.

• Facilitate training and enablement sessions for customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from M-Files solutions.

• Collaborate with sales teams to aid pre-sales efforts and deliver industry-focused solutions to potential clients.

• Act as a project lead for small to mid-sized implementations, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Advise on best practices concerning process automation, compliance, and document management within targeted industry sectors.

• Strong consultative abilities with the capacity to engage customers in meaningful conversations about industry challenges and solutions.

• Experience in tax, accounting, auditing, insurance brokerage, wealth management, or management consulting.

• Knowledge of business automation processes and enterprise content management solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to document client requirements and develop solution specifications.

• Strong project management and problem-solving skills to ensure successful solution deployments.

• Experience with enterprise software solutions, particularly in relation to business process optimization.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to listen to customers and translate their needs into actionable solutions.

• Capability to drive projects to completion while managing issues effectively.

• Willingness and aptitude for learning new methods and techniques.

• Familiarity with Windows-based environments, including Windows Server, Workstations, IIS, MS SQL Server, Active Directory, and Group Policies, is advantageous.

• Experience and knowledge of databases and SQL language is beneficial.

• Working knowledge of programming languages (e.g., C#) is a plus.
