This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as a trusted industry advisor to clients, sales teams, and executive leadership.
• Interact with C-level executives to pinpoint business challenges, transformation priorities, and strategic opportunities.
• Utilize industry relationships and executive networks to enhance access, boost customer engagement, and uncover new strategic opportunities.
• Lead business development efforts that foster early-stage pipeline creation and strategic account interactions across priority accounts.
• Create scalable industry go-to-market strategies, messaging, and executive engagement plans.
• Collaborate closely with account teams on strategic account planning, stakeholder mapping, and opportunity advancement.
• Utilize industry knowledge and networks to broaden executive access and enhance PTC’s market position.
• Work alongside Product, Marketing, Services, and Partners to synchronize industry priorities and influence roadmap direction.
• Establish and strengthen partnerships with strategic partners and GSIs to facilitate aligned go-to-market execution and customer success.
• Represent PTC at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events to promote thought leadership and market visibility.
• Offer industry insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to refine positioning and solution strategies.
• Mentor and empower GTM teams on industry trends, business value messaging, and executive engagement techniques.
• Over 15 years of experience in the med tech industry, including enterprise customer engagement and strategic sales support.
• Preferred candidates should have direct experience with PTC solutions (Windchill, Codebeamer, Creo, or related technologies) acquired through roles in customer service, consulting, systems integration, or implementation leadership.
• Experience in leading or supporting PLM, ALM, digital thread, quality, regulatory, or product development transformation initiatives within a MedTech company or strategic consulting/system integrator setting is strongly preferred.
• Extensive industry expertise with a profound understanding of market trends, business drivers, and customer challenges.
• Proven capability to engage and influence executive and C-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and driving strategic account growth.
• Strong executive presence with outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to convert business priorities into strategic technology and transformation discussions.
• Established industry network and relationships are preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 25%) as necessary for customer and industry engagement.
