📋 Description

• Translate the industry strategy into actionable go-to-market plans for key verticals and segments.

• Collaborate with Industry Principals to identify market challenges, buyer priorities, use-case narratives, lighthouse accounts, and essential proof points for each industry.

• Assist in crafting industry-specific value propositions that link problems to solutions, value, and impact.

• Aid in the creation of industry plans that align with Seeq's overarching product, whole-offer, and revenue strategies.

• Recognize industry-specific signals, trends, and opportunities that should shape campaign focus, launch readiness, and market positioning.

• Develop and sustain industry-level messaging, narratives, and proof points that effectively communicate Seeq's portfolio and whole offers in market-relevant language.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure that portfolio and product narratives are appropriately tailored for industry audiences.

• Work alongside Whole Offer Management to clarify offer framing, value articulation, and buyer relevance within each industry.

• Direct the creation of industry-facing materials such as solution narratives, campaign themes, sales stories, customer examples, and executive-level talking points.

• Maintain messaging consistency across various industries while allowing for necessary vertical differentiation.

• Collaborate with Regional Marketing, Partner Marketing, and ABX / Campaign Execution to transform industry priorities into coordinated campaign plans and target-account initiatives.

• Assist in defining industry campaign themes, content needs, audience priorities, and field activation requirements.

• Ensure that industry priorities are incorporated into program calendars, launch plans, and pipeline-generating activities.

• Facilitate the orchestration of industry campaigns across digital, field, partner, and account-based channels.

• Contribute to post-campaign and post-launch evaluations to enhance repeatability and effectiveness.

• Collaborate with Field Enablement and Readiness to ensure industry narratives are converted into seller-ready messaging, plays, talk tracks, and field materials.

• Support launch readiness by ensuring that industry-specific content, use cases, FAQs, and enablement resources are timely available.

• Work with Partner Enablement where industry-specific partner initiatives or certifications are necessary.

• Serve as a bridge between strategy teams and execution teams to ensure that industry priorities remain clear and actionable.

• Promote better feedback loops from the field, customers, and campaigns back into industry strategy and messaging.

• Monitor the performance of industry campaigns, engagement indicators, pipeline contributions, and content effectiveness in collaboration with Marketing Analytics and GTM teams.

• Aid in identifying successful strategies by industry and areas where messaging, targeting, or activation requires enhancement.

• Contribute to quarterly planning, prioritization, and resource allocation discussions with a solid understanding of industry opportunities and execution readiness.

• Strengthen operational discipline around industry planning, campaign inputs, and performance assessments.

• Assist in the development of repeatable industry playbooks and planning frameworks as the model evolves.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, industrial software, or a similarly intricate go-to-market setting, with a background in industry marketing, product marketing, solution marketing, or integrated marketing.

• Strong capability to translate market strategies into clear messaging, campaigns, and commercial plans.

• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including product, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams.

• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear narratives, industry stories, and market-facing messaging.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs involving diverse inputs, deadlines, and dependencies.

• Strong judgment, organizational discipline, and the ability to link strategy to execution.

• Preferred: Experience in one or more of Seeq’s priority industries, such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Pharma, Power & Utilities, Mining, Metals, and Materials, or similarly complex vertical markets.

• Preferred: Experience with ABX, regional marketing, partner marketing, or field-based campaign execution.

• Preferred: Familiarity with whole-offer marketing, solution marketing, or portfolio-level commercialization.

• Preferred: Comfort working in AI-enabled marketing environments, including workflow automation, structured content, and reusable GTM systems.

• Preferred: Experience supporting technical, enterprise, or operational buyer audiences.
