This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.
• Propel the growth of TransUnion’s Community Financial Institutions sector.
• Oversee comprehensive sales efforts and align offerings with client requirements.
• Manage the entire sales process, encompassing prospecting, relationship building, presentations, contract negotiations, and transition to account management.
• Provide value-driven presentations and create customized solutions.
• Handle objections and secure new business.
• Collaborate with internal teams and sales colleagues to enhance existing customer relationships.
• Promote opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize internal resources, market insights, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Aid in product innovation.
• Represent TransUnion at client engagements and industry events.
• Travel to client locations and attend trade shows/conferences as required.
• Report to the Sales Director of Industry Executives - Community Financial Institutions.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial services sales or leadership roles within a bank or credit union.
• Strong understanding of Community Financial Institutions.
• Proven ability to consistently achieve or surpass sales targets and business objectives.
• Demonstrated success in building relationships with C-level executives and managing complex, matrixed accounts.
• Capability to identify stakeholders and close deals effectively.
• Excellent skills in prospecting, relationship cultivation, negotiation, and closing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Outstanding communication abilities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel to client locations and attend trade shows/conferences as needed.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States full-time without employer support or sponsorship now or in the future.
