• Formulate and implement a growth strategy for the GE Vernova Industrial Transformer and Renewables (IT&R) sectors.
• Take responsibility for achieving or surpassing the order intake target for the NAM region.
• Create and execute a plan to market Industrial Transformers to targeted sectors such as Solar, Wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Assist in technical and commercial tendering processes, ensuring adherence to tendering and booking guidelines.
• Direct pricing strategies.
• Lead and facilitate negotiation processes.
• Propel pipeline monitoring by region and initiate actions to boost capture rates.
• Define and execute business development roadmaps.
• Provide consistent updates in SPEAk4GE (Salesforce.com).
• Work closely with key customers to enhance the growth of Renewable Transformers.
• Deliver sales training to Account Managers and Channels.
• Serve as the crucial link connecting the market to the factories.
• Assist factories as needed during order execution.
• Supply forecasts (for factories and region), along with market and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Engineering teams to drive the development and delivery of new products and services that fulfill customer requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support partner marketing initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Transmission & Distribution sector.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and/or Application Sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time within the USA and Canada.
