This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
β’ Drive sales initiatives through direct outreach to resale clients, service centers, and end users.
β’ Keep customer files and records up to date and organized.
β’ Offer technical assistance to both existing and prospective customers.
β’ Attend trade shows and technical conferences as necessary.
β’ Address customer complaints and warranty issues in a fair and timely manner.
β’ Communicate and report market activities to management and colleagues.
β’ Provide weekly sales call summaries, expense reports, and additional information as required.
β’ Engage actively in management discussions related to marketing, sales, customer relations, product enhancements, market trends, and more.
β’ Pursue ongoing education about relevant products and markets, including current and potential opportunities.
β’ Foster customer-AGS partnership arrangements through prompt communication, quick responses, and proactive engagement in their business.
β’ At least 3 years of sales experience in a related field.
β’ Strong communication skills.
β’ Proficient in computer applications (MS Office Suite).
β’ A degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience is preferred.
β’ Experience in sales, maintenance, or engineering within the Pulp & Paper, Petrochemical, Material Handling, or similar sectors.
