This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the objectives of the company.
• Analyze market trends, opportunities, and potential threats to inform effective sales strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve their targets.
• Attract, nurture, coach, and retain top talent.
• Promote the Vernova Way as the guiding cultural principle within the sales organization.
• Take ownership of and deliver on operational plans, including commitments, orders, convertibility, cash flow, pricing expansion, and contribution margin while managing GEV risk exposure.
• Conduct portfolio, account, and market reviews to assess the installed base, ensure visibility to outage opportunities, and foster commercial participation to identify emerging opportunities, resource adequacy, and competitive pressures.
• Build long-term relationships with customers aimed at mutual success and lasting impact.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues in close collaboration with OTR peers.
• A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Electric Transmission & Distribution Grid industry or related fields, possessing technical knowledge of electric transformers and their applications.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial, marketing, or operational roles, ideally within the T&D business sector.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing or leading experienced industry professionals.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time, or more as necessary.
