This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform Indoor Air Quality and Post-Remediation Verification Assessments related to:
• Water Intrusion/Mold
• Moisture Mapping
• Air Sampling for Mold and IAQ Parameters
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data.
• Prepare Scope of Work and Draft Technical Reports.
• Execute Asbestos and Lead-Based Paint Surveys, along with Abatement and Remediation Oversight/Air Sampling.
• Conduct Industrial Hygiene Sampling and Monitoring.
• Assess Industrial Hygiene concerning Chemical and Noise Exposures.
• Perform Air Monitoring.
• Conduct Sound Level Surveys.
• Observe and recommend Engineering and Administrative Controls to minimize Employee Exposures.
• Compare employee exposures to noise and air contamination against regulatory limits set by clients, OSHA, or ACGIH.
• Prepare Scope of Works and Draft Technical Reports.
• Ensure adherence to safe work practices on all project work.
• Proactively pursue your own career advancement.
• BA/BS in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science/Engineering, or a related field;
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical experience required.
• Experience in industrial hygiene, asbestos, and lead sampling is essential.
• Preferred certifications in Asbestos, Lead, and/or as a Lead Inspector.
• Additional EHS certifications/licensures or a strong interest in pursuing further qualifications are highly valued.
• Comprehensive knowledge of asbestos OSHA, EPA, and state regulations.
• Capability to work while wearing a respirator and protective clothing.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong research and analytical abilities to identify, collect, organize, and document information and data.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good safety record and awareness of safe work practices.
• A valid driver's license, a clean driving history, and reliable transportation are mandatory.
• HAZWOPER 40 Hour Trained with a Current 8-hour Refresher is preferred.
• 70-80% fieldwork/travel is required.
