This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify and research prospective clients
• Build and sustain client relationships
• Collaborate with potential clients to determine equipment for pilot projects
• Organize and support the effective execution of pilot implementations
• Facilitate communication with client stakeholders to secure approval for new products
• Negotiate contract conditions with clients and liaise with stakeholders
• Create and deliver presentations to potential clients and internal executives
• Travel to client locations and trade shows as necessary to secure new business
• Contribute to the formulation of sales strategies for new products
• Support product and marketing teams in creating marketing materials
• S./M.S. degree in engineering, business, or comparable experience in a related field
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
• Proven track record of selling to industrial customers at the executive level
• Knowledge of industrial markets, electric motors, and variable frequency drives
• Familiarity with the operation of Fans, Pumps, Electric Motors, and VFDs in various industries
• Understanding of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering principles
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
