• Identify and investigate potential clients
• Build and sustain relationships with clients
• Collaborate with prospective clients to determine equipment needs for pilots
• Organize and support the effective execution of pilot programs
• Work with client stakeholders to secure approvals for new products
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and liaise with stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and internal executives
• Travel to client locations and attend tradeshows as required to secure new business
• Contribute to the formulation of sales strategies for new products
• Support product and marketing teams in creating marketing materials
• S./M.S. degree in engineering, business, or equivalent experience in a related field
• Over 5 years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role
• Proven track record of selling to industrial clients at the executive level
• Knowledge of industrial markets, electric motors, and variable frequency drives
• Familiarity with the functions of Fans, Pumps, Electric Motors, and VFDs in various industries
• Understanding of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering principles
