• Identify and investigate potential clients.

• Travel to client locations and trade shows as necessary to secure new business.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies for new products.
• Assist product and marketing teams in creating marketing content.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Proven ability to sell to industrial clients at the executive level.
• Knowledge of industrial markets, electric motors, and variable frequency drives.
• Understanding of the operation of fans, pumps, electric motors, and VFDs in various industries.
• Comprehension of electrical and mechanical engineering principles.
