• Proven experience in operational recruitment across various sectors (logistics, retail, production, administrative, etc.).

• Capability to provide a qualified shortlist in a timely manner.

• Proficient with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and CV databases.

• Effective proactive communication regarding the status of open positions.

• Must possess a personal computer (laptop or desktop) for work purposes.
