• Licensed: Possess an active Life & Health license and AHIP Certification.
• Experienced: Have 1-3 years of Medicare sales experience.
• Locally Connected: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of your local healthcare market.
• Entrepreneurial: Be a self-starter with a proactive mindset.
• Tech-Savvy: Be comfortable utilizing sales platforms and digital tools.
• Flexible: Be willing to work non-traditional hours, particularly during AEP.
• Compliant: Have a strong understanding of Medicare Communications & Marketing Guidelines (MCMG).
