This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist clients in choosing destinations, accommodations, and curated experiences.
• Offer suggestions tailored to client interests, budgets, and travel preferences.
• Conduct research on itineraries, activities, and unique highlights of destinations.
• Organize reservations, logistics, and client preferences effectively.
• Ensure excellent communication with clients throughout the planning process.
• Utilize industry tools to gather information and manage client details.
• Stay informed about destination trends, seasonal opportunities, and experience options.
• Provide professional, friendly, and personalized service.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must reside in the U.S., Australia, Mexico, or the U.K.
• Reliable internet access and a personal device (laptop or computer recommended).
• Ability to work independently and manage personal workflow.
• Willingness to undergo training and engage in ongoing learning.
