Independent Contractor, Salesforce Integration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Develop, configure, and oversee Salesforce-integrated forms and workflows, utilizing platforms like Titan to facilitate lead capture, operational processes, and partner interactions.

• Administer and test integrations between Salesforce and external platforms, ensuring precise data flow and dependable system connectivity.

• Set up and manage webhooks, middleware integrations, and automation workflows with platforms such as Workato.

• Assist in the implementation and enhancement of digital experience platforms linked to Salesforce, guaranteeing seamless user experiences and accurate data capture.

• Uphold Salesforce data integrity by monitoring incoming data from forms and integrations, identifying duplicates or inconsistencies, and supporting processes that ensure trustworthy and accurate CRM data.

• Conduct integration testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance to validate form submissions, API connections, and downstream automation.

• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technology teams to ensure integrations meet business requirements.

• Track integration performance, proactively identify issues, and implement enhancements to boost system reliability.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for integrations, workflows, and system dependencies to support operational continuity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification (Required).

• Over 3 years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Proven experience in implementing and managing Salesforce-integrated forms platforms (Titan experience is highly preferred).

• Familiarity with webhooks, APIs, and middleware platforms such as Workato or similar integration tools.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM data structures, objects, and Flow Builder.

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot integration problems and conduct structured testing across interconnected systems.

• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills; capable of working independently and efficiently in a remote team environment.
