
Independent Contractor – Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives from start to finish.
• Coordinate deliverables across various shared services teams, including web, creative, content, demand generation, and business development.
• Organize, prioritize, and monitor work to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
• Create and uphold a scalable project management process to track and report efforts to the executive team.
• Track and manage key performance metrics such as MQL volume, conversion rates, cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, and campaign/channel performance.
• Provide consistent reporting on outcomes, risks, insights, and suggested adjustments.
• Ensure uniformity across marketing and sales materials and messaging.
• Assist in the creation and enhancement of marketing content as necessary.
• Lead weekly sync meetings for Marketing/Business Development with division leadership and shared services partners.
• Deliver weekly updates to the growth team regarding marketing performance and project status.
• Collaborate effectively in a shared-services, matrixed environment.
• Prepare regular performance summaries and suggest enhancements based on data insights.
• Keep up-to-date with trends and best practices in data analysis, reporting, and optimizing marketing execution.
• Proficient in English (C1/C2 level) with excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Skilled in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and various third-party tracking/analytics platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of advancing marketing experience.
• Proven experience in leading projects and mentoring or supervising team members.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to present to senior leadership and global stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects at the same time.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to execute from strategy through to implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Slack, or similar platforms.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and act as a strategic marketing partner.
