This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and enhance calendars for various executives, ensuring effective prioritization and minimal scheduling conflicts.
• Organize meetings involving internal teams, external partners, and across different time zones.
• Assist with inbox management, which includes organizing, responding to, and highlighting important items.
• Manage expense reporting, reimbursements, and tracking to guarantee timely and accurate submissions.
• Arrange travel, accommodations, and logistics for the executives.
• Aid in the planning and execution of team events, all-hands meetings, and offsite gatherings.
• Facilitate team culture initiatives including celebrations, milestones, and recognition programs (e.g., Kudoboards).
• Provide additional administrative support as needed, such as document preparation, research, and process coordination.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable administrative position.
• Demonstrated capability to support multiple executives or stakeholders simultaneously.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with a strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in a fast-paced, remote, and cross-functional work environment.
• Proficient in tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and expense management software (e.g., Ramp).
