Independent Consultant – Food Safety Auditor / Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Perform audits related to hygiene and food safety.

• Evaluate on-site procedures and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.

• Educate teams on best practices for hygiene and compliance with regulations.

• Assist establishments in navigating their compliance processes.

• Generate audit reports along with corresponding action plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree ranging from Bachelor's to Master's (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Quality, Food Safety, Microbiology, Food Science, or a comparable field.

• Demonstrated experience in auditing, training, or consultancy within the food safety sector.

• Status as an independent contractor (freelance, sole trader/auto-entrepreneur, or company).

• A valid driving license (category B) and availability of a personal vehicle.

• A laptop or tablet for the preparation of reports.

• Familiarity with HACCP and relevant regulatory standards.
