This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Perform comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based evaluations to create personalized, evidence-driven treatment plans focused on significant outcomes.
β’ Deliver competency-focused supervision and mentorship to RBTs, ensuring adherence to protocols with high fidelity and clinical integrity.
β’ Employ visual data analysis to track client progress, adjusting instructional protocols and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) in real-time to promote continuous advancement.
β’ Work alongside the Tellos administrative team to guarantee that all clinical documentation clearly illustrates medical necessity, fulfilling payer criteria without sacrificing clinical depth.
β’ Collaborate with families through ongoing partnership and parent coaching to facilitate skill generalization in the home environment, leading to sustainable, long-term results.
β’ Maintain the highest standards of professional practice and client dignity, in line with the BACB Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts.
β’ Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
β’ Active Georgia LBA is highly preferred.
β’ Masterβs Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related discipline.
β’ Strong inclination for independence and the ability to manage a self-directed schedule.
β’ Proficient in using technology for telehealth supervision and digital data collection.
β’ Complete control over caseload.
