Inception Partner Manager – Public Sector, Energy, CAE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Interact with prominent startups to promote platform adoption, explore co-selling opportunities, and initiate go-to-market strategies.

• Identify, scout, and recruit exceptional Public Sector Tech, Energy, and CAE (computer-aided engineering) startups for the NVIDIA Inception program.

• Broaden the NVIDIA Inception program ecosystem by partnering with top research labs, venture capital firms, government entities, and industry software vendors (ISVs).

• Work alongside developer relations managers and account managers to create strategies and resources that fully support startups and implement go-to-market initiatives with cross-functional teams.

• Provide reports on data-driven key business metrics to demonstrate the impact on startup ecosystems.

• Conduct market analysis and generate reports on relevant trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• BS/MS degree or equivalent experience.

• At least 10+ years of pertinent work experience in startup accelerators and incubators, executive or management roles within startups, or in platform ecosystem development.

• In-depth knowledge of AI at the edge, including threat detection, physics simulation tools, and agentic systems for power generation and management.

• Comprehensive understanding of Public Sector and Energy ecosystems with a focus on AI startups.

• A proactive attitude and high energy, complemented by leadership qualities and excellent interpersonal skills, along with the capability to grasp complex concepts in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills, with effective follow-up and follow-through abilities, as well as proficient oral and written communication skills, both in person and virtually.
