• Engage in conversations with founders, CTOs, and Heads of Engineering seeking React expertise.
• Conduct discovery calls, pose relevant questions, and maintain clear notes.
• Assess compatibility regarding tech stack, seniority requirements, timelines, and budget.
• Articulate our process and establish expectations.
• Ensure everything is meticulously organized in the CRM.
• Assist users in deriving value and selecting the appropriate plan for SocialKit.
• Reach out to high-usage accounts and key users.
• Facilitate upgrades in a supportive and non-intrusive manner.
• Conduct demo calls with interested clients.
• Near-native proficiency in English (ability to communicate confidently with technical stakeholders).
• Charismatic and sharp personality (people find conversations with you enjoyable).
• Calm, consultative “anti-sales” approach (you listen, clarify, and provide advice).
• Process-oriented (maintain CRM accuracy, prompt follow-ups, reliable handoffs).
• Comfortable discussing software topics (React, product teams, and SaaS fundamentals).
• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, customer success, recruiting, or a related field is acceptable.
• $2,500/month, fixed salary, no commission structure.
• High level of trust and autonomy in your role.
• Fully remote work environment.
