• Handle inbound, pre-screened leads while working remotely from your home office as an inside sales representative, adhering to a designated schedule.

• Perform comprehensive initial consultation calls with families.

• Inform families about tailored senior care options, striving to identify the senior living communities and home care providers that best suit their requirements.

• Serve as the intermediary between families and senior housing communities or care providers after successfully completing the four-week new hire training program.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two years of experience in inside sales or within an inbound call center.

• Proven track record of surpassing sales targets.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, including conversing on the phone while taking notes on a computer.

• Strong computer and typing skills are essential, including proficiency in Word and Excel, along with the capability to learn and navigate the internal CRM system.
