This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

β’ Handle inbound, pre-screened leads while working remotely from your home office as an inside sales representative, adhering to a designated schedule.
β’ Perform comprehensive initial consultation calls with families.
β’ Inform families about tailored senior care options, striving to identify the senior living communities and home care providers that best suit their requirements.
β’ Serve as the intermediary between families and senior housing communities or care providers after successfully completing the four-week new hire training program.
β’ A minimum of two years of experience in inside sales or within an inbound call center.
β’ Proven track record of surpassing sales targets.
β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks, including conversing on the phone while taking notes on a computer.
β’ Strong computer and typing skills are essential, including proficiency in Word and Excel, along with the capability to learn and navigate the internal CRM system.
