Inbound Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• In the role of Inbound Sales Representative, you will serve as the initial contact for customers seeking information about our wireless plans and services.

• Employ a consultative technique to grasp their needs through exploratory questions, offer customized solutions, and finalize the sale – all while ensuring a remarkable customer experience.

• Your enthusiasm, inquisitiveness, and skill in posing the right questions will aid in revealing customers' requirements.

• You will establish Consumer Cellular as the dependable, value-driven solution they have been searching for.

• By utilizing discovery questions, you will be capable of recommending the most suitable products and services that align with their budget and lifestyle.

• You understand that objections present an opportunity to foster trust and delve deeper with additional questions.

• You will identify the appropriate moment to finalize the sale and welcome a new customer.

• Keep precise records using CXOne and other internal tools (training will be provided).

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience (inbound, outbound, or retail)

• Proven track record in closing sales and achieving metrics and quotas

• Excellent communication and active listening abilities

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Skilled in navigating a PC and web browsers

• Capable of thinking on your feet, asking the right questions, and closing sales

• A self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed and advance within the company
