
Inbound Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Take ownership of warm inbound leads from initial contact to successful closure, utilizing Meadow's consultative approach.
β’ Assist families in navigating cremation options with compassion and clarity, aiming to facilitate a confident decision in a single conversation when feasible.
β’ Maintain a structured follow-up process through phone, text, and email to ensure that no family is overlooked.
β’ Achieve revenue goals while maintaining strong closing rates and quality metrics.
β’ Navigate proficiently through our technology stack, including HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and our case management system.
β’ Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2C sales.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
β’ A confident and empathetic communicator who articulates clearly, listens attentively, and performs well on the phone.
β’ A self-motivated seller driven by the desire to make an impact and achieve performance goals; emotionally resilient and highly receptive to coaching.
β’ Ability to work independently while managing a consistent follow-up process.
β’ Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).

β’ Bonus Points: Experience in high-trust industries (insurance, healthcare, travel, etc.).
β’ Bonus Points: Fluency in Spanish, as many of the families we assist communicate in this language.
