This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
β’ Take charge of warm inbound leads from initial contact to final closure, utilizing Meadow's consultative approach.
β’ Assist families in navigating cremation choices with compassion and clarity, ensuring they feel confident in their decisions during a single conversation whenever feasible.
β’ Maintain a disciplined follow-up strategy through phone, text, and email to ensure no family is overlooked.
β’ Achieve revenue goals while maintaining robust close rates and quality metrics.
β’ Navigate seamlessly across our technology stack, including HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and our case management system.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2C sales.
β’ Excellent command of written and spoken English.
β’ A confident and empathetic communicator who articulates clearly, listens attentively, and excels in phone conversations.
β’ Self-motivated seller driven by both impact and performance; emotionally resilient and highly receptive to coaching.
β’ Ability to work independently while managing a consistent follow-up schedule.
β’ Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
β’ A home office setup that meets our technological requirements.

β’ Experience in selling within high-trust sectors (insurance, healthcare, travel, etc.).
β’ Proficiency in Spanish, as many families we assist communicate in this language.
