
Inbound Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jamaica.
β’ Take ownership of warm inbound leads from the initial call to closing by utilizing Meadow's consultative approach.
β’ Assist families in navigating cremation options with transparency and compassion, enabling them to make informed decisions in a single conversation whenever feasible.
β’ Maintain a structured follow-up routine across phone, text, and email to ensure that no family is overlooked.
β’ Achieve revenue goals while maintaining high close rates and quality scores.
β’ Navigate proficiently through our technology stack, including HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and our case management system.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2C sales.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
β’ A confident and empathetic communicator who articulates clearly, listens attentively, and excels in phone interactions.
β’ A self-motivated seller driven by both impact and performance, exhibiting emotional resilience and a strong willingness to learn.
β’ Ability to work independently while managing a consistent follow-up process.
β’ Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).

β’ Bonus Points: Experience in selling within high-trust sectors (insurance, healthcare, travel, etc.) and fluency in Spanish, as many families we support communicate in that language.
