This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee incoming replies in the Master Inbox throughout the day.
• Conduct research on every prospect using Claude and Perplexity before responding.
• Engage in multi-turn email conversations that qualify, educate, and nurture SMB and mid-market marketing buyers.
• Efficiently disqualify unsuitable prospects due to budget constraints, timing issues, or lack of decision-making authority, ensuring our closers do not waste calls.
• Schedule qualified prospects onto the VP of Sales' calendar with a comprehensive brief attached.
• Document every interaction in Attio to provide the team with consistent context.
• Continuously refine approaches. The representatives you have now will be more effective next month.
• Exceptional email communicator. This role hinges on your ability to write clearly, persuasively, and with personality, avoiding any template-like responses. You can interpret a one-line reply to understand the prospect's true intent.
• Quick to learn. You absorb new subject areas rapidly. When faced with unfamiliar information, you seek to understand it before your next reply rather than after.
• Proficient in AI. You regularly utilize Claude, Chat, or Perplexity in your daily tasks. You have preferences regarding which tool is best suited for specific tasks and have developed workflows that enhance your productivity.
• Naturally curious. When encountering a company name, your instinct is to research it prior to replying. You genuinely care about each business.
• Speedy. A hot lead won't remain in your inbox for three hours.
• Pipeline-oriented. You recognize the difference between securing any call and scheduling a qualified one. You're prepared to disqualify unsuitable fits, even if it means forgoing a short-term gain.
• Competitive. You have a strong desire to succeed. You monitor your metrics and strive to surpass last week’s performance and outperform your peers.
• Receptive to coaching. You accept constructive feedback without ego and implement changes the following day.
• Background: 1–3 years of experience in B2B outreach, sales development, recruiting, customer success, or any role requiring written communication with strangers and pipeline growth. The industry is not a constraint; experience in agency, SaaS, real estate, or recruiting, where scalable writing skills were essential, is acceptable.
• Bonus, but not mandatory: Experience in digital marketing, SEO, paid media, web development, or any agency-side role.
• Familiarity with tools like Attio, Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, or Instantly.
• Experience in creating Claude Projects or custom prompt workflows for repetitive tasks.
