Inbound Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers inquiring about wireless plans and services.

• Utilize discovery questions and a consultative method to identify customer needs.

• Suggest products and services customized to fit customers’ budgets and lifestyles.

• Address objections by resolving concerns and emphasizing Consumer Cellular’s advantages.

• Finalize sales and warmly welcome customers to Consumer Cellular.

• Keep precise records using CXOne and various internal tools.

• Provide an outstanding customer experience while upholding integrity.

• Work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a dynamic, goal-oriented setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience, including inbound, outbound, or retail sales.

• Proven experience in closing sales and achieving metrics and quotas.

• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Skilled in navigating a PC and web browsers.

• Ability to think quickly, ask relevant questions, and close sales effectively.

• Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed and advance within the company.

• Must live within 50 miles of the Oklahoma City center.
