This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

• Handle inbound, pre-screened leads remotely from your home office as an inside sales representative, adhering to a designated shift schedule.
• Conduct thorough initial consultation calls with families.
• Inform families about tailored senior care options, working to identify senior living communities and home care providers that best fit their needs.
• Serve as the intermediary between families and senior housing communities or care providers after successfully completing the four-week new hire training program.
• A minimum of two years of experience in inside sales or an inbound call center environment.
• Proven track record of surpassing sales goals.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks; engage in phone conversations while taking notes on a computer.
• Proficient computer and typing skills are essential, including familiarity with Word and Excel, along with the ability to learn and navigate the internal CRM system.
