This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Exhibit enthusiasm for crafting exceptional travel experiences for affluent clients.
• Manage incoming sales inquiries from customers, assess their requirements, and offer travel suggestions.
• Conduct follow-up outbound calls, address objections, and finalize sales.
• Provide tailored recommendations based on guests' preferences and interests.
• Foster enduring relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
• Clarify cruise itineraries, onboard amenities, and pricing information.
• Keep precise records of interactions and follow up with potential leads.

• Previous experience in telephone sales or a comparable sales position.
• Over 5 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales capacity.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding financial sales KPI targets.
• Strong proficiency in closing sales over the phone.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to establish and maintain relationships with high-end clientele.
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Self-discipline to thrive in a structured environment with adherence to schedule standards.
• Prior sales experience with a demonstrated ability to close on the initial call.
• Competence in using basic computer applications and equipment (MS Word, Teams, Outlook).
• Highly competitive compensation structure.
• Average earning potential of $90,000 annually (base salary plus commission).
• Historical annual average commission of $53,000 (dependent on overall department performance and commission plan terms).
