Inbound Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming customer calls while identifying potential opportunities to enhance their online visibility.

• Establish rapport and identify customer needs through insightful discovery and consultative discussions.

• Provide education to customers regarding website solutions, digital marketing, and online business strategies.

• Suggest products and services that align with the specific business objectives of each customer.

• Address customer concerns within the scope of support while ensuring a smooth experience.

• Consistently achieve or surpass performance expectations, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.

• Showcase strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, high-volume setting.

• Keep accurate customer records and adhere to established procedures.

• Close sales with confidence, professionalism, and integrity.
