Inbound Sales Agent, Fintech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls from customers who have initiated their insurance search via the app.

• Assist customers in comparing over 55 insurance providers to identify options that align with their financial needs.

• Address customer concerns and offer effective solutions.

• Aid customers in finalizing their insurance policies during the call.

• Clearly articulate insurance options to customers.

• Employ company tools and technology while managing multiple tasks.

• Deliver remote customer service via phone.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in a high-quality or leading retail environment, such as Apple, Microsoft, Lululemon, Nordstrom, Disney, or Costco.

• Passion for helping others while maintaining a positive demeanor throughout the day.

• Proficient in using a computer and navigating multiple screens while conversing with customers.

• Capable of delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.

• Availability to work either five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days.

• Must currently live in an eligible state: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for full-time hourly positions.

• A valid P&C license is preferred on the application form, but applicants without an insurance license are eligible for employer-sponsored training and examination.
